Letter of Intent
We would like to confirm our fundamental interest in using the hydrogen combustion technology "KEYOU-inside", integrated in a vehicle application (18 t truck, basis Daimler Actros Chassis), in our company. We are convinced that hydrogen engines for commercial applications represent a future-oriented drive technology for emission-free mobility. KEYOU intends to offer fleet operators eight vehicles with KEYOU-inside technology in 2023 in the form of an "H2 Mobility as a Service" model, which includes the vehicle, service and fuel for a monthly fee. The vehicles are considered "zero emission" according to EU standards, as they emit less than 1g CO2/kWh.
With this in mind, we see ourselves as a potential pioneer customer of hydrogen engine vehicles, willing to test vehicles under real conditions in our fleet processes. If the vehicle meets the vehicle-specific requirements during the one-year lease phase, we are interested in having vehicles from our existing fleet converted based on KEYOU-inside technology and submitting a concrete "H2 Mobility as a Service" offer.
