Working Student HR (m/f/d)

Would you like to gain practical insights into human resources work alongside your studies and actively help shape day-to-day HR operations? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a student employee (m/f/d) in Human Resources, you’ll support our HR team with a wide range of tasks – from employee support and recruiting to payroll preparation. You’ll take on responsibility right from the start, contribute your own ideas, and gain an understanding of the various facets of human resources management.

YOUR TASKS 

  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating employee data in the relevant HR and organizational systems and are available to answer questions from colleagues.
  • You prepare HR-related documents (including employment references, certificates, and contract documents).
  • You oversee and manage our employee benefits.
  • You will support the recruiting team at KEYOU, handling the initial screening as well as making initial contact and scheduling interviews with applicants.
  • You will organize the onboarding of new employees and provide administrative support for employee departures.
  • You will contribute to internal communications, for example, by drafting email newsletters or posting announcements.
  • You will assist with monthly payroll processing.

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideally, you are currently pursuing a degree in business administration, human resources management, business psychology, or a related field.
  • You are interested in HR topics and would like to gain practical experience in human resources – some prior experience is a plus, but not required.
  • You have strong organizational skills and are known for your structured, meticulous, and independent work style.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You have a friendly and service-oriented demeanor and handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
  • You enjoy working in a team, take initiative, and are eager to learn about new topics.
