Team Assistant Finance & Controlling (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

You will support our Head of Finance & Controlling and our CFO in day-to-day operations as well as with administrative tasks in accounting.

You will manage our accounting inbox and handle incoming inquiries.

You will enter receipts and invoices into DATEV and assist with preparatory bookkeeping.

You will actively support operational purchasing.

You’ll handle organizational tasks related to our company car fleet and assist with booking rental vehicles.

You’ll assist with the creation and preparation of analyses, reports, and presentations.

You’ll actively contribute to tasks and projects that arise in Finance & Controlling.

YOUR PROFILE

You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.

You have 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and/or controlling.

Ideally, you already have practical experience with DATEV and are proficient in using accounting-related systems.

You are highly proficient in using standard MS Office programs.

You have strong organizational skills and are happy to take on tasks as they arise with flexibility.

You are known for your highly independent, proactive, and structured approach to work.

A high degree of reliability and confidentiality is second nature to you.

Your excellent German and good English skills round out your profile.
