Quality Manager (f/m/x)

YOUR TASKS

  • You will design and develop our quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and in line with IATF 16949.
  • You develop processes and process flows across the entire organization and track them in the associated KEYOU process map.
  • You ensure professional quality work in our development projects through quality gates, FMEA and risk analyses and lessons learned, among other things.
  • You support colleagues and managers in achieving quality management goals.
  • You are responsible for quality management documentation, including the creation of regular and demand-oriented analyses and reports.
  • You are the main contact person for our suppliers with regard to quality-related topics.
  • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of internal and external audits.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a relevant degree in quality management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • You have very good knowledge of the Quality Management System according to ISO9001.
  • Knowledge of the Quality Management System according to IATF16949, the continuous improvement process, ideally according to the PDCA cycle and quality planning is also desirable.
  • You are also confident in the methodology and handling of a design FMEA.
  • You are characterized by flexibility and the ability to work in a team as well as an independent way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Process-oriented, structured and detail-oriented work is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a high level of problem-solving skills and very good communication skills.
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Who is KEYOU?
