HR Generalist (f/m/x)

YOUR TASKS 

  • You are the first point of contact for general inquiries and provide support with organizational matters.
  • You maintain and update employee data in the relevant HR and organizational systems.
  • You assist colleagues by answering their HR-related questions.
  • You support recruitment by handling the initial selection of applicants, making first contact, and scheduling interviews.
  • You organize the onboarding and orientation of new employees and provide administrative support when they leave.
  • You assist with internal communication by creating circulars or notices.
  • You create, file, and manage documents, meeting minutes, and reports
  • You oversee and coordinate occupational safety matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • You manage and order office supplies and consumables.
  • You support the organization of meetings and internal events.
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in HR or a similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent working style.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally experienced with HR tools.
  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor with a high level of discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and ideally in English.

    Who is KEYOU?

    KEYOU is a successful high-tech company from the Clean Mobility sector that develops innovative hydrogen technologies, specific H2 components and combustion processes for engine and vehicle manufacturers, with the help of which conventional engines can be transformed cost-efficiently into emission-free hydrogen engines - without major modifications to the basic engine.The new "green" combustion engine with KEYOU-inside technology means zero emissions, efficiency and economy at the same time - without compromising on performance, capacity or range. Vehicles with corresponding engines are considered zero emission vehicles according to the current EU standard. The technology is engine- and manufacturer-independent, scalable and can be used both onroad and offroad. Currently, the focus is on commercial vehicle engines. "Sustainable Zero Emission" thus becomes reality with KEYOU.
